Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hacking Growth Tech. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern our relationship and ensure that we’re aligned in working toward the same goals.

1. Engagement Model

We operate on a retainer + performance-based model:

• Retainer Fee: $2000 per month (billed at the end of each month).
• Performance Fee: An optional $3000, payable only if we exceed the mutually agreed-upon goals.

2. Commitment to Excellence

We guarantee our best effort to help you achieve the growth targets agreed upon at the start of our engagement. If at any point you feel we are not putting our best foot forward, you may initiate the cancellation process as outlined in Section 6.

We do not offer money-back guarantees, but our clients often stay because we deliver value, not because they’re locked in.

3. Confidentiality & NDAs

We treat your data, strategies, and communications with the highest level of confidentiality. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed at the start of our engagement. We will never share any project-specific details unless explicitly permitted by you in writing.

4. Tools & Technology

We only work within the tools and platforms you already use (e.g., PostHog, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) and help you get the most out of them. We do not introduce third-party tools unless mutually agreed upon.

5. Scope of Work

All engagements are aligned to a mutually agreed-upon growth goal and a clear timeline. We will use any means necessary—ethical, data-driven, and creative—to help you hit those goals. Our approach includes experimentation, iteration, and continuous optimization.

6. Contract Duration & Cancellation

• If the engagement is for a fixed term (e.g., 3 months), it runs until the end of that period unless renewed.
• For ongoing (month-to-month) engagements, either party may cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice.
• Cancellation due to non-performance (as per Section 2) still requires a 30-day notice.

7. Payment Terms

Retainer payments are due at the end of each month. Optional performance bonuses (if applicable) will be invoiced upon mutual agreement and acknowledgment of goal overachievement.

All payments are to be made in USD via [your preferred payment method/platform].

8. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to achieving growth, we are not liable for:

• Third-party service outages
• Platform bans or penalties (due to platform changes outside of our control)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
